Chocolate Volcanoes
This is another relatively straightforward dessert that can be prepared in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

gdark cooking chocolate (75% cocoa)
50
gunsalted butter

eggs

mlcastor sugar

mlwholemeal flour
powdered cocoa

Method
Butter two of the cups of a large muffin tin and dust the insides with powdered cocoa. Melt the chocolate and butter. Thoroughly beat eggs and sugar and sift the flour into the eggs and sugar. Add the chocolate and beat until smooth, and pour into the tin. Bake at 200°C for about 13 minutes and serve immediately.
