Chicken Makkhani
Using cooked Tandoori Chicken as a base, this delicious dish has been popularised as butter chicken.

Ingredients

gTandoori chicken, previously cooked

mltomato paste
10
mlminced ginger
50
mlcream
5
mlgaram masala
10
mlcoriander
10
mllemon juice
5
mlcumin
15
mlghee

Method
Combine the tomato paste with 70 ml of water. Add all other ingredients, except the chicken and ghee, and mix.

Melt the ghee in a frying pan, and add the chicken and sauce mixture. Stir for a few minutes until the chicken is hot, and serve.

Note: Butter can be used instead of ghee.
