Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients

glamb fillet

mlminced ginger
5
mlminced garlic
5
mltumeric
5
mlcoriander
5
mlcumin
5
mlblack pepper
5
mldried curry leaves
5
mlsoy sauce
15
mlpeanut oil
5
mllemon juice

Method
Chop the lamb into cubes and boil for one minute. Combine all other ingredients and marinate the lamb in the spices for three hours to two days. Soak skewers in water. Place lamb onto the skewers and cook under a grill.

Note: The lamb can be frozen while marinating.
