Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients

300 | | g | lamb fillet |
5 | | ml | minced ginger |
5 | | ml | minced garlic |
5 | | ml | tumeric |
5 | | ml | coriander |
5 | | ml | cumin |
5 | | ml | black pepper |
5 | | ml | dried curry leaves |
5 | | ml | soy sauce |
15 | | ml | peanut oil |
5 | | ml | lemon juice |
Method
Chop the lamb into cubes and boil for one minute. Combine all other ingredients and marinate the lamb in the spices for three hours to two days. Soak skewers in water. Place lamb onto the skewers and cook under a grill.
Note: The lamb can be frozen while marinating.
