Cheese Triangles

Ingredients

gfeta cheese

gcream cheese

mlparsley

sheetspuff pastry

Method
Hard boil the eggs, then cool. Chop the eggs and combine with cheeses and parsley. Cut each sheet of pastry into nine squares. Place a small spoonful of mixture onto each square, fold over and pinch the edges together to seal.

Bake at 180º for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
