Predictive Diallers
A predictive dialler, whether a dedicated system or a capability of a CTI system or ACD, is used to make a large volume of call attempts and connect only answered calls to agents. In addition to predictive diallers which can themselves be deployed in a number of different configrurations, a number of call centre CTI products, LAN-based telephone systems and PC-based telephone systems as well as a few other products offer predictive dialling as an optional integral capability.
